All session fees must be paid upfront before your session to hold the date and time. I can send a Paypal invoice (3% charge added for processing fees online) or you can mail a check back with your paperwork. If I do no receive your paperwork and payment within 2 weeks of you receiving it, I will have to give your time slot to someone else.
Due to the nature of these back to back sessions, PLEASE be on time! Be courteous to the family that is after you, so that all may have adequate time on the day of your shoot. Since all paperwork and payment will be taken care of, that will save us time, and we can get to photographing you and your family much quicker!
You will be given a series of times upon booking to choose from, depending on the location you pick. Sessions and times are limited! The quicker I receive your paperwork/payment the quicker it will be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your session, please give at least 48 hour notice. Your deposit will not be refunded but applied toward your next session cost. If you do not give a 48 hour notice, your deposit will be kept and not applied toward future sessions. Some exceptions apply.
Rain Policy: If it rains on the day of your shoot, Rachel will contact you no later than 1 hour before your scheduled session time, to let you know if the session is cancelled. In the event that the session does get cancelled, Rachel will give you a new session date and time. If you are unable to make that session, then payment will have to be made in full to hold a new session date.
Editing Policy: By hiring Rachel Ezzo Portraits, you are trusting my artistic ability to edit your images. Once your images are placed in your online gallery for viewing NO additional edits will be made. (For example-changing a black and white to color).
Print and Share Policy: If you purchase the print and share rights to your images, then you may print on your own at a print lab you choose. Rachel Ezzo Portraits can not guarantee the quality of your printed images, however, when not purchasing the prints directly from her. You may share the prints without the watermark, but I ask that you give credit to you photographer when sharing those images on the web and Facebook.
Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed in portraits. No other pets. Sorry in advance for any inconvenience.
Rachel will only cancel due to illness or uncooperative weather.
All remaining session fees are due upfront on the day of your shoot.
All session fees are non-refundable.
